The program now launches but now I have an infinite loading screen. I went to the file location Changed "Creative Cloud.exe" to "Adobe Creative Cloud.exe" which allowed the program to launch. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." The following error popped up, "Windows cannot find 'C:\Program File (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\ACC\Creative Cloud.exe'. After this I right clicked and selected "Run as Administrator."
I went to the start menu and clicked on the shortcut. Waited for it to start up after install, but it never did. I downloaded Adobe Creative cloud and installed it using Administrator privileges. I have done the following on Windows 10 Pro:
